Bespoke is a small, physician-led office in Georgetown, Texas, where aesthetic medicine and longevity science are written into the same chart by the same hands — and where every protocol begins with a structured interview and a lab panel.
For most of the patients I have cared for over the past two decades, the care they wanted was already happening — but it was scattered. A dermatologist for the skin. A wellness clinic for the hormones. A med spa for the injectables. Each of them excellent, none of them speaking to each other, and the patient quietly carrying their chart from room to room.
Bespoke was built on a different premise: that endocrine status, metabolic health, and the surface of the skin are one continuous physiology — and that the practice treating them should be one continuous conversation. The team interpreting your lab panel is the same team planning your neuromodulator placement, prescribing your compounded GLP-1, and tracking your dermal response to laser therapy. One chart. One trajectory.

Diagnostics first. Every protocol begins with a comprehensive lab panel — hormone, metabolic, lipid, thyroid, CBC — and a structured clinical interview. No prescription is written before results are in.
Compounded & individualized. Hormones, peptides, and GLP-1 receptor agonists are formulated to your physiology by a licensed compounding pharmacy — not dispensed against a brand-name dose schedule.
Smallest effective dose. In aesthetics this means the lowest unit count that achieves the endpoint. In medicine it means the lowest lab value that resolves the symptom cluster — titrated over time.
Documented & versioned. Every treatment is governed by a written information sheet, reviewed and signed at consultation, and revisited at follow-up. Versioned annually; current edition 2026, v3.0.
