A Bespoke gift card is funds you put on file with us — held in your recipient's name, redeemable in person across our entire Georgetown menu. You name the amount. They pick the experience — a single treatment, a series, a membership, or a product they've been eyeing. The card carries value until it's used.

The cards we hear about most are bought by patients who already see us — for someone they care about. They've been here, they know the room, and they trust the person they're sending will be looked after the same way they are.

How it gets used.

Either format works the same way at checkout. The recipient brings the card; we apply it to the visit. Any unused balance stays on the card for next time.

Before you give

What people ask us.

The questions that come up before someone clicks send. If yours isn't here, call — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.

My recipient has never had anything done. Will they feel pressured to "get work done"?

No. The consultation comes first, and the card carries cash value across the whole menu — from a skin analysis or HydraFacial all the way to hormones, weight loss, or peptide therapy. They don't have to choose anything cosmetic if they don't want to.

Will the staff treat them like a real patient, even though they didn't pay for the gift themselves?

Yes. We don't tier patients by who paid the bill. A gifted visit looks identical to a self-paid one — same provider, same chart, same hour at the table, same follow-through afterward.

Can I give one to someone who'd use it for the wellness side, not aesthetics?

Yes. The card is good on HRT, weight-loss management, peptide therapy, IV drips, and labs — not just injectables and skin. If the recipient has been curious about hormones or wants to start with a baseline panel, the card covers it.

What if they want to put it toward a membership instead of a single visit?

They can. The card applies to membership dues the same way it applies to single treatments or products — treat it as cash on file with us.

Does it expire? Any fees?

No expiration. The recipient gets the full face value and we don't charge processing or activation fees against the balance.

I'd like to send several — for clients, a team, a closing gift. Possible?

Yes. Volume orders go through the clinic directly; give us a call. We can split delivery dates if you want them to land together or staggered, and we can include a custom note on each.

The email never arrived. Now what?

Have them check spam first, then call us. We can look the card up by your name or theirs, resend the barcode, or just look it up at the front desk on the day of the visit.
