A candid, physician-led conversation first — then, if it's right for you, a 45-minute in-office visit aimed at function, sensation, and the tissue underneath. Investigational; fully disclosed.
You come in, you sit down with the physician, and you say — honestly — what's changed. Frequency, firmness, sensation, confidence. From there we look at the whole picture: hormones, vascular health, sleep, stress, medications. The injection itself is one possible tool, not the starting point.
If a regenerative protocol is the right next step, the visit runs about 45 to 60 minutes. We numb first — topical and local anesthetic — and then the mesenchymal-cell-derived biologic (a screened birth-tissue allograft or exosome product, such as those from the New Life Medical Service line) is placed where it needs to go. You go home the same day.
Two things we will always say out loud: this is investigational and not FDA-approved for this use, and results vary person to person. You'll receive that in writing at consent. For some men an autologous PRP protocol, peptides like PT-141, or hormone optimization is a better fit — sometimes alongside, sometimes instead. The conversation decides.

Where this tends to fit.
No waiting room small talk, no awkward intake form left on a clipboard. A physician, a closed door, and a real plan — built around what's actually happening for you.
What's actually shifted? Hormones, vascular health, sleep, medications — we look at the cause before we reach for a tool. You leave understanding what's driving it.
Private suite, physician-only contact, your information stays between us. The whole visit is set up so you can speak frankly without the room feeling clinical.
MSC may be part of it. So may PRP, peptides, or hormone optimization — or none of the above. You'll know what we recommend, why, and what honest results look like.
MSC uses screened birth-tissue-derived material. PRP uses your own platelets. They are not competitors — they are different tools for different patients. Here is how we decide which fits.
Honest answers to the questions we hear most — said the way we'd say them in the room.
No — and we say so out loud. Mesenchymal-cell-derived biologics are investigational for sexual wellness. You'll get that in writing at consent, along with what the published evidence does and doesn't show, before anything is administered.
Short answer — much less than you'd think. We numb with topical and local anesthetic first, and the placement itself takes seconds. Most men describe pressure and a quick sting, not pain.
Weeks, not days. Tissue-level work develops gradually — most men start noticing differences in firmness or sensation around the 4 — 8 week mark, with the fuller picture closer to three months.
PRP uses your own blood — drawn, spun, and reinjected the same visit. MSC uses a screened birth-tissue allograft or exosome product from a regulated tissue bank. Different mechanism, different cost, different conversation. We'll walk you through which fits your situation.
Usually no. PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Cialis), testosterone, and peptides like PT-141 can stay in the picture — many men use this protocol alongside what's already working, not instead of it.
By design. Physician-only contact, a closed-door suite, no intake clipboard left on the counter. The room is set up so you can speak frankly — and your information stays between us.
MSC protocols are physician-directed and investigational — we will walk through candidacy, alternatives, and what to expect before any product is administered.
