Office policies.
A few simple policies keep your care safe, your time protected, and our schedule fair for everyone. Booking an appointment means you agree to the following — you'll also sign these at your first visit.
Appointments & arrival
All services and costs are discussed with you before treatment begins — no surprises. Please arrive about 10 minutes early for any new-patient paperwork.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash; credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover); debit cards with a credit option; and Cherry financing for monthly payment plans.
Cancellations & card on file
We ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are charged a $50 fee. We keep a card on file to reserve your appointment time.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule so we stay on time for everyone after you. We'll always do our best to accommodate.
Refunds & results
Services rendered are non-refundable. Aesthetic and wellness outcomes are individual and are never guaranteed — results depend on your anatomy, plan, and aftercare. Unopened retail skincare may be exchanged within 14 days with receipt.
Memberships & packages
Memberships and prepaid packages are governed by their own agreement, including any minimum term, billing cadence, and notice required to pause or cancel. Banked credits and package sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Authorized contact
If we can't reach you directly, we'll ask whether you authorize us to discuss your treatment with a spouse or significant other. You're never required to, and you can change this at any time.
Photography & media
Photographs may be taken before, during, and after treatment for your medical record. Any use beyond your chart — education, publication, or advertising — happens only with your separate written consent, which you may revoke at any time.
Health history & consent
Please provide complete, accurate health information — it keeps your care safe. Every treatment requires informed consent before we begin.
Age policy
Patients must be 18 or older for most services. Select services may be available to minors only with a parent or legal guardian present and written consent, at provider discretion.
Pregnancy & nursing
Some treatments are not appropriate during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please tell your provider so we can plan safely.
Your privacy (HIPAA)
Your Protected Health Information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with HIPAA — shared only as needed to provide your care or for required administrative matters. We may remind you of appointments by phone, text, email, or mail. Please bring any privacy concerns to our office manager or your provider.
Conduct & right to refuse care
We're committed to a respectful, safe environment for patients and staff, and we reserve the right to decline or discontinue care when a treatment isn't clinically appropriate.
